Lately, my reviewers have been expressing concern that the reviewer lets them review to a certain point in the file and then closes automatically. After careful review of the source file, there is nothing that prompts the file to close automatically. I have asked that the reviewers close the Captivate Reviewer process from their Task Manager before opening the CREV file each time. Unfortunately that is not solving the issue. Is there another, different, solution to propose? The module under review has a high level of interactivity and our network has a small bandwidth. Should I suggest further that our reviewer save a copy of the CREV to her desktop, insert her comments, then copy the newly-saved file to the network for me to retrieve? Thanks for your help!
