My work team has Captivate 10 and on 2 of our computers the right and bottom edges of the software screen/application are cut off in the captivate software simulation slides. Not everyone on the team is having the issue and our systems are set up with the same settings. I have used captivate 9 on my computer and it worked fine, now with 10 I am having this issue. The red box for determining what is going to be captured is verified, but returned slides do not take in the full screen.

Are you on Win10? Check the display percentage, it is often set to a percentage higher than 100%. To have a correct recording you need to set it to 100% before starting the capture.

I didn't talk about a zoom percentage but about the Display Percentage. Sorry but this screenshot is taken with a Dutch OS:
This is the setting on my Surface Pro 4 which has a retina screen. For a not-retina screen it is mostly set to 125%.

Having the same issue as the fellow above and I checked my display percentage which is indeed above 125% and it still is not working. The right and bottom side is being cut off... Any other suggestions? I'm having a lot of difficulty finding answers to this online. Hoping someone will see this.

Are you saying your display percentage is NOW at 125% or that it WAS and you tried it at 100% without success?

Maybe you missed the start ot the thread. You have to set it to 100% to be able to capture correctly. Somem isunderstanding?
