Running course in webview

We have created a HTML5 SCORM compliance course using adobe captivate.

Is it possible to run the same in android 4.2 web view?

Why not upload your SCORM package to SCORM Cloud and just try to view it on your Android device?  There are lots of variables about what might or might not work.  None of us know anything about what you actually HAVE in this course.  Some things will work on one mobile device but not in another.  So you need to TEST, TEST, TEST on all platforms you intend to support.  Have you done any testing on Android 4.2 as yet?
