Russian onscreen keyboard.

Hi.

I want to develop a russian language course.

In Captivate 2019 is it possible to have an onscreen russian keyboard, with a button to show/hide it, with the capability to write in text areas and single line fields of a quiz?

If so, can you address me to the correct path to realize it?

Every help is welcome.
