scorm error on iphone 6

Hi,

When I am running the course on Desktop, there is no error but when I play the course on Iphone 6 it's throwing an error that "unable to acquire LMS API, content may not play properly" and course runs perfectly after pressing ok button. what kind of issue this is? Anyone got this error? How to resolve this?

My publish setting is scorm 1.2 and I am using Captivate 9 responsive, testing it on cloud scorm.

Please help me. Thanks.

Hi Lilybiri,

Thanks to notice that but that shouldn't be a problem I think. Device is connected via wifi.
