Preferences / Quiz / Reporting / Completion/Success Criteria on SCORM:

If both, 'Slide Views' and 'Quiz' are checked, is it 'AND' (Specified number of Slides has to be reviewed AND the quiz has to be completed/passed) or 'OR' (just one of those conditions has to be met; whatever happens first) to report the course as 'Completed' / 'Success'?

If you have both selected then BOTH criteria need to be satisfied otherwise it will be failed.

My recommendation is that if you have a quiz, don't specify 100% of all slides to be viewed as that can get you into trouble.  Use passing the quiz as your main criteria.  Set the number of slides to something much more conservative than 100%.
