Screen size change effect on projects

My company recently upgraded desktop monitors nationwide from old monitors with 1600*900 max resolution but configured to use 1024*768, to new 1920*1080 monitors using max resolution. my projects which are non responsive only,  were recorded in 1280*720 and i suspect that they will look horrible on the new monitors. Can anyone explain if that is going to be the case and if so, what would be the best or recommended recording resolution.

My experience is that the courses should still look fine. 

In any case, if you already have the upgraded monitors rolled out, why not just ask your end users whether they see any problem with the arrangement?

Increasing the display or capture size of your courses isn't necessary simply because the monitors would be capable of higher resolution.
