I'd like to create a scrubber/progress bar for each individual slide. My course is mostly video with branching interactions.
Does anybody know where I buy a widget or how I can accomplish this?
Thanks!

Here is a link to a video tutorial by Michael Stephens with a fine solution for an individual slide progress bar:

Yes. I've seen this video. Unfortunately, this is for a progress bar only - not a scrubber. I would like the user to be able to navigate throughout each slide.

You can scrub it. DId you watch the video totally?
BTW this is really bit contrary to the normal design of Captivate courses which should be done with relative short slides. Video has to be multi-synchronized video.

The linked video uses a motion batch to show progress. It is not scrubbable to user. I don't want to use the inbuilt playbar as I don not want the user to be able to scrub throughout the entire course, just one slide at a time.

Who is to say what a "normal" Captivate course "should" look like? Some courses use longer narration on slides. It would be good to be able to view the progress on a slide and scrub to any part of the narration. Other programs similar to Captivate have it (Articulate Storyline). Captivate users have been asking for this for years and still have to rely on complicated workarounds that don't quite meet the need.

The playbar scrubber in Captivate works across the entire project, whereas the playbar scrubber in Articulate works only on that particular slide. The two products are designed to work differently, that's all.
The fact that Storyline does it differently doesn't mean that Captivate's approach is wrong. I personally prefer the way Captivate does it, but your preference may vary.
I routinely have slides with narration that goes for a minute or more, and I like the fact that I can use the scrubber to move freely across slides, not just within them.

I totally agree with Rod, prefer Captivate's approach. With long narration
on slides you will probably create long waiting time for the learner
because audio clip has to be loaded and they tend to have big file size. Of
course you can disagree...
