Set web cam screen in a different position along the main screen

Can I move web cam screen from the left side of the full screen to the right side? Is it possible to design your full screen? For example,increasing the size of web cam screen or changing the position.

Try clicking the button for the combination. This should change the orientation from left to right or right to left.
