Hello everyone.
We are a Spanish company that has acquired the license of the software Captivate 2017 Release 64 bits, recently. In the beginning of use of the program we have found many errors that make our work difficult.
First of all we would like to know if there is any help support from Adobe in Spain, either by phone or email.
The computers that we have to work with have Windows 7 professional (service pack 1), Intel® Xeon® CPU 3.20 Ghz, 64-bit, Ram memory 12 Gb.
Here are the different errors that we find in its use:
1. Fatal error (The software quits unexpectedly). This error is generated when we change the color of the text.
2. Creating a responsive project, we need to change the different views (desktop, tablet, mobile ...). The software when we select the common text box in the different views, and we need to switch to any of the other possibilities begins to slow down the speed of the work process with the software.
3. Another problem, when we click the preview option (project, part of project, or slide) sometimes does not show us the preview of this.
The version of Captivate is 2017 Release 64 bits and is run as administrator.

Is responsive project created with Breakpoint views or with Fluid boxes? From the description it looks like you are using Breakpoints?
As for Preview: it is not totally WYSIWYG. It often happens to me as well, that Preview seems not to look OK, but once published everything works fine.
