Shape as button not working in HTML5 output - CP v9.0.2

Hi, I have non-responsive project CP v9.0.2 an use smart shape as button - object is top on the slide and set as Rest of project, no pause, no continue project checked. When I preview project as HTML5 in Browser, button works fine. After publishing as HTML5 output the same button is visible, but inactive. Please, any suggestions, what I make wrong?

When selecting 'Rest of Project' in timing panel, did you check the Option

Yes. Always on top is checked.

Then something else is wrong. I always use shape buttons timed for the rest

of the project.

I discovered, that only right part of stroke of this button is interactive in output. When I move the mouse, other part of button is inactive.

But in preview mode the full button is interactive.

Can you post a screenshot of that shape button?

Button has 100% fill black and contain the text:

MENU (Calibri bold) and menu icon from Font Awesome.

Which Browser did you use? After publishing, did you upload to a webserver?

I never used that font (for menu), but fill the shape with an image. It happens indeed that some parts of a shape button are inactive and I suspect that big menu character is the culprit. Could you try the same with an image of that hamburger menu to fill the shape button?

I would suspect that perhaps some other object in your project may be covering over most of the button and preventing it from working.

What happens if you move the button toward the side which actually works?  Do you then find that more of the button becomes active?  if so, then my theory might be correct.

After hours of experimenting I doscovered crazy problem - when I TURN ON  the left border in Skin editor (skin: Captivate default), the left part of each shape buttons will be inactive. No matter, where is the button moved on slide.  When I TURN OFF the left border, shape buttons work normally. Top, bottom or right border is ok.

That is really crazy! I will check it out, and if confirmed log a bug. Did you go it as well?

I cannot confirm that bug, turned on the right border in the skin editor in several projects, but the shape buttons were still working as expected. I didn't use a strange font like the one used for the hamburger menu however.

I dont know, why it happens in my project. For this time I find solution - I replaced Smart shape button to Text button and it works as expected. However, this solution lost the possibility to insert just one Smart shape button object and timming him as Rest of project. Now each my slide contains standard Text button object set as Rest of slide. Font Awesome works.

Not being able to use the advantages of a shape button was the reason I proposed to use an image of the hamburger menu as fill for the shape instead of using that font and text.
