I am attempting to match the videos that I am creating to a former team member's.

She has been using a shape that looks like a circle/oval drawn by an orange pencil has been drawn around

the area that she wants to call attention to. It's not an actual circle or oval. it's like someone drew it there with

a crayon or colored pencil. I don't see this as an option. I need to have some continuity in my presentation, but I do

not wish to recreate all of the previous videos. Where can I find a shape like this; and, how do I add it?

Maybe if you add a circle smartshape, the you do a right click on this smartshape and "convert in a free smartshape" sorry translate from french "convertir en une forme libre". 

In fact you are able to change the point of your initial smartshape.
