Shared Action not working from Cap 7 to 9

All,

Are there any known issued with shared actions not converting from Captivate 7 to 9?

I'd build one to Replay a slide from the beginning, but now that we've upgraded that action isn't working....and I can't figure out how to open it to see what I did in the first place.

Help with this dilemma would be appreciated.

v/r

Jay

Shared actions have been enhanced in CP8 compared with CP7, because variables and literals were added as parameters. That could be the cause of your problems.

Recently I explained two scenarios for Replay Slide, maybe this can help: Replay (slide) Button - Captivate blog

Thank you Lilybiri!  I recognized the page when I opened it....it's the one I used to build the original button.

I really appreciate the help.

Sorry to be 'opposite', but that blog post was written after the release of Captivate 9. How can you have used it for CP7?

I didn't notice the date....maybe it was THAT one.  I just recognized the format when I say it....figured you've answered enough questions for me that that was probably one too.
