Show mouse click animation not working (screen recording)

In the latest version of captivate I see that the mouse klick animation are not working.
Bug or am I doing something wrong?

Are you talking about 11.8.1? If yes, the reason is that those animations were SWF-based and most SWF-based features were taken out. Sort of a cleanup, because they will not be functional in HTML output. You still can show the mouse click (as you can in Video Demo, but I think the screenshot is from a simulation) but not use the SWF animations anymore.

Yeah I understand that SWF wont work (so why just not remove it??)
I tried to ad my own animation. Still the same problem.

My question 'German?' was linked to teh word 'klick' in your first question, sorry.

 

The reason for the release of 11.8.1 was to take out all the SWF items, which is the reason you don't see those animations for mouse clicks anymore. You can still emphasize the mouse click itself, but no longer with SWF animations. Sorry.

Swedish is not in my skillset (my brother knows your language). I can only get some words when listening to a thriller series in Swedish.

What is the format of your custom animation?  Animated GIF or HTML animation?

AFAIK, Quick time leads to a video, not an animation. Please correct me if that is a wrong assumption, I am not a Mac user.
