simulation recording

I am attempting to record a software simulation using Captivate 8 in an Excel PowerPivot file. The recording settings I'm using are below:

(I also tried switching to Training mode - same outcome.)

As soon as I start clicking filters in the Excel sheet, I receive the error message below repeatedly and it seems to stall my recording.

This does not happen unless I am actively recording. I believe this started when I switched to Excel 2013. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I cannot see the images you inserted, did you embed them using the camera button?
