Since loading 9.0.2.241 I get occasional errors when trying to publish

Since loading 9.0.2.241 I get occasional errors when trying to publish a  responsive module. I receive an error message (with red text but specific message text unknown). I have to reboot my PC, merely restarting Captivate is not sufficient. This is becoming more and more common as I continue using this version.

How do I resolve this issue?

Hi Vince,

I can see that the version of Adobe Captivate which you are using is not updated. I would request you to please update to the latest version which is 9.0.2.437 and then check the behavior.

In order to update the version of Adobe Captivate Go to Help> Update.

Are you sure about that version number?  When ending on 241 it looks like you are still on 9.0.0, not on the last version 9.0.2.
