I've tried different monitors. Settings scale is 100% (lowest possible). Display Resolution is 1920x1080. I've tried lowering the resolution but it only makes it worse. Thanks!

Which version do you use on which OS? The full version number can be found under Help, About Captivate.

I use the same version but on Win10. Are you sure it is compatible with Win11?

It says it is. I've been using it on Windows 11 for several months. This is a brand new problem.

I have seen this problem in the forum before. Wonder if it is linked with an update of Windows, cannot check myself since I'm on Win10. You are sure it is happening with all projects, not with a specific one?. Are you using a theme created or updated to this version? Themes were enhanced a lot in 11.5. To me 11.5.5.553 is a very stable, almost bugfree version and I will not recommend at all to upgrade to 11.8.

I've tried it with new files, existing files, templates, no templates, etc. Problem is universal sadly. Not on 11.8. so don't know about that.
It's very frustrating because once you open that window, you can't do anything else unless you close the window. And you can't close the window because the "close button" isn't displayed. So I have to close from Task Manager. Essentially I can't do anything until this problem gets fixed.
