Smart shapes don't appear when I rewind the slide

Hello everybody,

I have the following issue with Adobe Captivate 8: when I rewind the slide, smart shapes don't appear at the slide. No triggers, only smart shapes on the timeline. Although, first time they appear correctly. What should I do to resolve this question?

Can you post a screenshot if the timeline? How do you rewind the slide?

There are several smartshapes that appear after a while and are shown for a plenty of time. When I play the slide for the first time everything works fine, but if I manually rewind the slide using the playbar or if I just use the Replay button, shapes don't appear at all.
See the screenshot below - for example, smartshape _92

This is only part of the timeline, are you sure there is no pausing point before 7secs? I cannot see another reason why they wouldn't show up.

So am I But there is no pausing point after it.

Moreover, if I draw this smart shapes by lines, they will work fine!

Very difficult to guess. Is this happening after publishing or in Preview? Which preview?

Is there perhaps an advanced action that is triggered by the On Enter even of the slide? If you use Replay, that action will not be done.

There is no advanced action on enter.

That issue happens, when I publish the project in the html5 format. In flash (swf) it works correctly.

Which version do you use? First version of 8 had issues with shapes in HTML.
