Software Simulation - only records one slide worth

Explorer ,
Jun 22, 2015 Jun 22, 2015

I am trying to re-create a software simulation that I did in Captivate 7, in the new version of Captivate 8. The software simulation only records one screens worth, the last screen. Is there a new setting that must be set? I can;t see anuything relating to this.

I selected Slides

Then Software Simulation

I selected Mode as being Training (with default settings)

Went through the recording, and hit the End key

Check the results and only the last screen is shown

Why not use File, Record software simulation? And check Blank master slide

which is used for it. The Slides button is meant to insert slides.

File, Record opens a new project, in version 7 you were able to use Insert, Record Slides (from memory) and it would add them there.

They forgot to put Insert, Software simulation in the menu, you only can indeed use the Slides button now. And it still works for me. What about blank master slide, did you check its appearance?
