Stop glossary form appearing on cover slide (ADOBE Captivate 9)

I need help stopping the glossary form appearing on the cover slide of a presentation. Currently it appears on the cover slide and the user must close the glossary using the close button before viewing the presentation.  Need help!Glossary on cover slide.JPG
