swipe with drag and drop doesn't work on tablets

Hi together!

We're working with drag and drop elements in Adobe Captivate. All PC's accept this type of element, but on tablets, this swipe doesn't work. We have already changed the option "Scale HTML5 content", but it still doesn't work.

May you help me to get drag and drop on tablets work?

Yours sincerely

Which version do you use, please? Is it a normal or a responsive project? Which tablets did you use for testing and which browsers?

It is a normal project, not responsive. We used an iPad and a samsung tablet for testing in firefox, google chrome, safari and internet explorer. All other elements work, there is only this problem with drag and drop. With computer mouses it works everywhere, in every browser, but with touch, there is only firefox, which supports drag and drop.

We're running into the same problem and have tried everything we can think of to fix it.  Did you ever figure out a solution?

You posted this same question 3 times on older threads. If you want help, please start a new thread and give some details about your problems: used version, used OS, how did you test, which tablets did you use for testing...

I create my drag and drops using jQuery-ui and include the touch punch library to enable dragging on mobile devices.

Not sure how Captivate does it, but you almost always need an external JavaScript library for dragging on mobile.
