Tab key works as a "go to next slide" in Chrome alone, and not on Firefox

I am using Captivate 2019. I made the Tab key work as a shortcut for a published HTML 5 file from Captivate in order to allow students to go to the next slide and it works fine on Chrome but not on Firefox. Is there a fix for this?

Thanks

It's not the first time we have heard of issues with HTML5 and Firefox.  But according to this website Firefox has just less than 8% of the web browser market. Google Chrome has 77% of the market, or roughly 10 time what Firefox has.  If your HTML5 output works fine in Chrome, it would also work in MS Edge because they are now almost clone applications.

This being the case, your simplest "fix" for this problem would likely be to just tell your audience to use Chrome or Edge.  You may even find that Apple Safari even works.

Hopefully someone else has a better fix.
