Tab Order For Likert Questions is Backward in Captivate 8

How do I change the Tab Order for Likert master so they go from top to bottom?

No matter what I do, I cannot manage to get the Likert questions to progress from top to bottom in Tab Order. The actual buttons are accessed correctly (1,2,3,4,5), but it always starts at the last question and works its way up; then it goes to the Submit button.
