Table of Content issue in All new Adobe Captivate 12.3

I am creating a course which contains 3 Question Slides (Q1, Q2, Q3) and 1 result slide after that. Before Question slide Q1 there is one slide which contains start button to start the quiz And after Result Slides there are two slide called tool1, tool2. In table of content I have hide the Q1, Q2, Q3, result slide. When I click on the tool1 slide on TOC it redirect me to Q1 slide and when I click on the tool2 slide on TOC it redirect me to Q2 slide. What will be reason? Why it is not redirecting me to tool1 and tool2 slides when I click tool1 and tool2 on Table of Content. I am not able to solve this issue. Thanks in Advance.

Not related to the TOC, but can you check Quiz Preferences, General. Is 'Allow Backwards movement' activated?

yes, Allow Backwards movement is Activated

Without more details it is difficult to guess if this is another bug in the version or due to a user error. Question slides only have two events (Success/Failure). Which actions do they trigger. What are similar action on Quiz level triggered by the Continue button on the Results slide? too bad, this version misses the Advanced Interaction panel to see the full interacton setup.

I checked in 1 Quick start project (Construction Safety Awareness) provided by Adobe Captivate 12.3. And issue is also there in this project. Where Assessment questions which are bulild by graded question slides are also present followed by Thank you slide. When I click on the Thank you slide on Table of content it redirects me to the You now know slide as shown in SS.

There are many bugs or unwanted results in the Quick Start projects, as was also the case in previous version of Captivate. Glad you did check it out, can you please log this as a bug on the uservoice platform?
