Text and object position/alignment question for Captivate 9.0.2.437

I've searched the forum for an answer to this, and I haven't seen it.  I apologize if my question has already been asked and answered.  I'm working on a responsive project, and I've changed my fonts to Verdana - websafe font.  The objects are all aligned (usually to each other), and text is all contained within text boxes and smartshapes - aligned left or center, top or middle - with plenty of room in the text box.  At least in Captivate.  I've checked it periodically through the preview during development.  Today, I'm running a preview of the completed project, just making sure I didn't miss things, actions are working, etc. and large portions of the project appear to be slightly off.  Here are two examples.  First - I have a text box that is sized slightly smaller than a smartshape and centered horizontally and vertically over a smartshape that's on the master.  But it's slightly off in the preview.  Could this have to do with position properties?  This view is 1024 size.  It's doing it on an 896 custom tablet landscape layout, a 796 tablet portrait layout, and a 667 custom mobile landscape layout.  But not on a 320 mobile portrait layout.

And here are screenshots of the text issue.  I'm wondering if it has to do with the underlining and bullets all in one TB?  For this slide it is only happening on the mobile portrait view, but it's not limited to any one size or layout throughout the project.

Sorry to make this so long.  I wanted to provide enough information but probably went overboard.  I appreciate any insight.
