Text entry box and numeric key pad in Captivate 9

Hi,

I'm using the number '1' as the shortcut for a text entry box. When I publish in HTML5, the number 1 on the top number bar of the keyboard works and advances the slide as desired but the number 1 on the numeric key pad will not advance the slide.

Does anyone know how to get both the top number bar and the numeric key pad to work and advance the slide properly?

Thanks!

Beth

Not wishing to state the obvious but have you definitely got the number lock ON so the keypad number keys work? If so. It sure why it wouldn't recognise the 1 key from either.

That is possible, which type of keyboard are you using? There are several shortcut keys that are not working with the numeric pad on my keyboard neither. You could log it as a bug, but please mention the keyboard type that you use.
