Text Entry Box won't advance after input

I have TEB that I've set with Validate User Input.  When Validate User Input is selected the slide does not advance when Enter is pressed.  When I take it off Validate User Input then the slide advances when Enter is pressed.

What are the actions specified for Success and for Failure? How many attempts do you allow for the TEB?

The On Success action is to go to the next slide.  On Focus Lost I have No Action.

Infinite Attempts? If that is the case, check the correct answers, because as long as the answer is not correct, the learner will remain on the slide.

Thank you.  I made the adjustments to attempts and it is behaving better.
