Text Format not showing in project.

I have both previewed this slide as well as publishing to Scorm Cloud and cannot get the text to show as it is displayed while working on it. I also cannot remember where I found the effect/format (I'm not sure what the proper nomenclature is) in the first place. The text shown below shows up as plain black.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Which version are you using, please? Is this a normal or a responsive project.?

I haven't had an opportunity to update so it is still 9.01. It is a responsive project.

You used Text Effects, they are only supported for normal projects. I wonder how you did get them in a responsive project, maybe by copying? IThat option is not available in a responsive project, hence the result you did see.

That's incredibly strange! I definitely did not copy it but that explains why I couldn't find that option again.
