I have a Captivate 2019 file that has Text to Audio in my slides.

When I preview everything works and plays without a glitch however once Published to SCORM1.2 the text to audio does not play/cannot hear the voice over.

Auto Play is deselected. Screenshot of Preferences and Publish Settings attached.

It doesn't matter whether or not you have AutoPlay deselected.  That setting really doesn't have any effect nowadays

Does the audio start playing if you click the screen when one of the slides with audio is visible?  The reason I am asking is that due to recent changes in browser security it is now required that the user interact with the content otherwise audio playback is disabled.

The Timeline is for slide 2. Problem with too heavy audio on the first slide cannot be the cause, although I would leave a small gap before the audio timeline to give some more time for loading the audio.

Can you please check the On Enter action for this slide?  Why do I ask this question? Reason is that several slides in the Quick Start Projects do have Pause as the On Enter action for some weird reason. That would prevent slide audio from playing.
