The problem we are having is that when a user reviews the quiz and then returns to the results page the ‘retake’ button has disappeared.

We need the user to be able to review the quiz, see which questions were answered incorrectly/correctly and then take the quiz again after returning to the results page. How do I get this button to remain on the results page after a review. We also need this to be available to the user as many times as it takes them to pass the quiz.

That is the design of the quiz. The Review state shows non only the given correct/incorrect answers but also which answers are correct. To prevent cheating it has been set up that way: by using the Review button on the score slide, thel learner will lose all further attempts on quiz level. I recommend mostly to drag the Review button under the Retake button.

Recently I posted a blog post, where I offer a workflow to have a custom review slide, which will show only an overview of the given answers and whether they were correct/incorrect, but not the solution, the correct answers. If you are interested, here is the link:
