The sign in in Adobe Captivate keep showing up

New Here ,

Recently, I have been using Adobe Captivate 7 for my learning courses. It was working fine at first, but suddenly this thing shows up each time I launch the Captivate 7. I have tried to register using the license key with my Adobe Id but still unable to use the software.

I have also tried to install it using my home internet connection but same message appears.

How can I fix this issue?

Appreciate your help!

Thanks.fail

If you have an Adobe ID, you should be able to log into the Adobe website and look at the specific software licenses that are logged against that ID.

Do you see Captivate 7 listed there?

Are you talking about a perpetual license or a subscription license?

If there are multiple users associated with this serial number it is likely you have a volume license that's managed by Adobe's Enterprise Term License Agreement or the Value Incentive Plan. It's doubtful you would find it by logging into the Adobe site using a personal ID. Your software might be deployed and managed through the Adobe Licensing Website or through the Adobe Admin Console. You should speak to your IT department as they likely manage one of these two services.

Hi,

I found out the this error happened because the volume license key had registered as a "Trial" in my pc. Even though, I tried uninstall and reinstall using the same license key, it didn't work.  Adobe Support team helped to install using the Pre-Activation Deployment Package but the pop-up message keeps showing. The only way to solve this issue is to reformat your pc and it is working fine now.
