The Text Animation effect does not work

Hi, I'm using Captivate 2017. I have used the Text Animation object in my cptx. While previewing, I can see the text effect. But, when I publish the cptx in HTML, the text effect is not visible. The text appears in sequence, one after the other, minus the effect. Is this a normal behavior?

Did you check the HTML Tracker under the Project menu? Text Animations are SWF-based they are not supported for HTML output. You shouldn't use them for that type of output.

You're welcome. Some of those animations can be mimicked with Effects.

Ah ok. And how do we mimic with Effects? Any quick link that I can refer to on this topic?

No link, have a lot of blog posts where I use effects, but not about mimicking text animations.
