If you want help, can you please explain more in detail what your problem is? Text captions can be delayed for appearance by moving their individual timeline from the start of the slide timeline. Is that the approach you took? I suspect you are not talking about the new 'Delay next actions....' command that exists in advanced actions since you posted in a forum about Captivate 2. Maybe it would help if you also told how you tested (by Previewing with which technique or after publishing)?
