The 'g' in the title block (font Alegreya) keeps getting cut off regardless if I make the font smaller and or shift the spacing. Also, in all responsive ratio as well. Any advice?

I just double-checked here. You need to change the line spacing to 135% to avoid the cut off. With 100% you do indeed have this problem. Which Text container did you use?

In my installation the default line spacing was 135%, I wonder whether you changed it to 100%? That is never a good idea, line spacing should always be at least 120% to make a text with multiple lines readable in a comfortable way. Sorry, but I have also taught InDesign, Word, WordPerfect...
