TOC configurations

I use Cp 8 and doubts are all about TOC configuration:

When doing a search that does not find answers, appears No Matches Found. In TOCstrings shown
http://blogs.adobe.com/captivate/2009/02/changing_default_captions_in_t.html in the expression
scheduled is "nosearch = String not found" that must be older than my version and is not
working. What word do I add in TOCstrings to change No Matches Found?

In that file are those words or phrases scheduled to appear in the TOC, facilitating
my appointment and replacement? if not in a file, you could, please list all here for me?

When landing the mouse over the 'i' information button on the project, does not appear the description tool
... how to add one?

How do I change the words used in the playback bar tool tips? I want to change  the word Restart (back to top) by Repeat.

Why the team does not answer my questions?

I have found the solution to the first question and I share: at Cp 8, the correct string used to change the expression 'No matches found' after a search is: NoMatchesFound=xxxxxxxx where in place of xxxxxxxxx enter the word or phrase you want (a maximum of two words, from three only appear the first two). The string 'NoSearch' suggested in http://blogs.adobe.com/captivate/2009/02/changing_default_captions_in_t.html does not work for the Cp 8.
Important: it is required that the first letter of each word in the string is capitalized. If at least a tiny (Nomatchesfound), back to display 'No matches found'. And first create the file TOCStrings.ini, save and only then create a new test file.
