TOC settings and completion reports

I have the following settings in a SCORM:

Would disabling the Progress bar ( so that a user cannot fast forward through a course) cause an issue with a LMS using Moodle?

Do not check Self-paced learning if you are going to use the bookmarking in a LMS.

I strongly recommend to take out the playbar completely and replace it by custom navigation buttons on the master slides. The learner is allowed to navigate back to already visited slides using the TOC.
