Trouble playing Captivate content

New Here ,
Feb 22, 2016 Feb 22, 2016

Hello everyone,

I am using Captivate 7 on a PC.  However, I am unable to play my recorded sessions once they are on our LMS (TutorPro).  I have been in touch with TutorPro for purposes of troubleshooting the issue but they have been unable to resolve the issue. We have checked the settings in I.E. and everything seems to be ok.  They suggested I reach out to Adobe but it appears they do not provide phone support for Captivate.

Is there anyone who can help troubleshoot the issue (or point me in the right direction)?

I don't want to record any new content until I can play what's already been recorded.

Thanks.

Pat Jones

The standard answer is:  Upload the same SCORM package to the SCORM Cloud LMS (free account for testing) and see if it works there.  If it does, go back to your LMS people and tell them the issue is in their court.

Any resolution here?

What version of SCORM are you publishing from Cp?

And what version of IE?

We're using a different LMS, but limitations there in playing in IE have caused us to retrograde to SCORM 1.2.
