Trouble Shooting Closed Captions

Guest
Jul 22, 2015 Jul 22, 2015

In my Captivate 8 project, which is a project that consists of multiple recorded simulations merged together, only some of the recordings allow me to apply closed captions. When I get to certain recordings, the CC options is grayed out (not allowing me to select it). I can click the "TTS" option. Any suggestions on how I apply the closed captions to the slides that have the CC option grayed out? Thank you!

You can have CC only on slides with audio. Is that the case?

There is audio on the slide as well as slide notes. Picture if there were 4 recordings/chapters and two of them allowed CC and two did not. Within each recording/chapter, almost all pages have audio, yet I cannot apply the CC to them. So odd!!
