Trouble with 2 shared actions for one object (KC Question Success/Fail)

Hi,

I have a Knowledge Check slide for which I am trying to use Shared Action A on question success, and Shared Action B on question fail. I'm pretty sure the actions themselves are just fine.

If I click on the parameters button for Share Action A, I see "Shared Action A" in the title of the pop-up window. All is normal. When I proceed to try to edit the parameters for Shared Action B, the title of the popup is STILL "Shared Action A", and the parameters are all still associated w/ Shared Action A. Seems buggy.

Does Captivate only expect/allow one shared Action per object, such as this question on this KC slide? Has anyone else experienced this?

(Am I experiencing some sort of file corruption?)

You can attach any shared action to an event. Since a quiz slide has two events, you can use two shared actions.

Can you post a screenshot of the shared actions? Do they both appear in the template list of the Advanced Actions dialog box? That template list is at the top left, starts with Blank. Do you see both shared actions in the Library?

Thanks Lilybiri.

I've attached a lil vid. When I run the project, the two shared actions are in fact running on that slide (CompleteQuizSuccess & CompleteQuizFail). Basically, whichever one I click first, it will show me those details, all filled in, but if I then click the other shared action, I get a weird one. I can only access the 2nd shared action when I click away from the slide and then click back to it again, thus my thought about bugginess.

They do both appear in the AA template list, and they are also both in the Library.

Sorry, was too small for me to see the shared actions. When you clicked on the second one, I didn't see you fill in the parameters...
