Unable to download Captivate and Presenter Video Express

I bought Captivate and and Presenter Video Express on friday. But i still cant download them. What can I do?

After downloading and while installing you'll be asked for the Serial Number (if you bought a perpetual license) or your Adobe ID when logging in will be recognized.

Why do you require us to fill in all the lead information when we / I have a paying subscription of Adobe Presenter Express.  I cannot for the life of me understand why Adobe makes it so hard to find and download the products that I am actually paying for.  Just had to reformat my computer and Adobe has been by far the hardest part!  Just link products people are paying for with links to the downloads not sure why you wouldn't want to make this experience better.  Ucckkkk

And before you reply you can, you cant.  Every time you attempt to download Video Presenter Express it requires business contact information.
