unable to Install Captivate 2017

It is impossible to install Captivate 2017 on my laptop. I have tried several tomes and each time I receive an error message code 103.

Is there anybody who can help me install this programm on my laptop? I need it badly for a project I am working in!

Which OS are you using? If you are on a Mac, know that CP2017 is not compatible with the most recent iOS.

From some googling I found that error code 103 can be due to Chrome or to a system issue. Do you use Chrome as default browser? If yes, try using another browser. For system issue, look at this:
