Unable to move slides in Filmstrip View

New Here ,
Oct 25, 2017 Oct 25, 2017

I have Captivate 2017 and I am unable to move slides to a different location in the Filmstrip view. I can move the slide but it will not drop to a new location.  I have already had updates made to my version of Captivate.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled 2017.  I tried copying these slides to a new project and received the same results.  The project I created were opened in Captivate 9 and we were able to move the slides to different locations.  I would appreciate any assistance.

No quiz slides.  This is a straight software simulation.

Is it a demo or a training sim? Why would you change the natural sequence

captured during recording.

I was actually trying to add a powerpoint slide to utilize it as my Title page.  When I did that, I noticed that I was not able to move and place any slides. This started me down the problem of not being able to move and place slides.

You should be able to add non-sim slides. Since I never use PPT, difficult

to give tips. Has the PPT same resolution as sim slides?

The powerpoint does not have the same resolution.  However, the real problems is moving and placing the slides in a new location.  In previous versions, this is a simple process.

AFAIK nothing has changed in 2017, cause must be elsewhere. Can you try

creating a small course to check if you have same issue?
