I am using a 3rd party LMS and trying to upload content. I publish the output with no problems, which creates a filename.zip file. Regardless of what the filename is, when I go to browse by uploaded content at the LMS, the name is always "ADOBE_PRESENTER". Therefore I have many different packages that all look the same. Is there a setting within presenter that can be made that will make this name unique? I have talked with the support personnel at our LMS, and they said they have not had this issue with other customers.
Hi Michael,
In this case it is really hard to determine what information is the LMS picking up in order to name the course.
If we could get the information from LMS, which file is it using to name the course from the zipped output folder, we might try to look into this.
Also, generally we always have the option to rename our uploaded courses on the LMS. For eg. while publishing to an LMS like scorm cloud, the uploaded course is always named as Adobe_Presenter and Users generally rename their course

Thankyou for your help. It looks like this is a limitation of the scorm cloud. I added a file to my scorm cloud test account. As you said, it was named "ADOBE_PRESENTER". I renamed it on the corm cloud, and exported it. I then deleted it from the scorm cloud, and uploaded the file I had just renamed. It changed the name back to "ADOBE_PRESENTER". Our LMS also uses the scorm cloud, thus when we upload content to our LMS, it is immediately put onto their Scorm cloud account. It looks like I will have to email the files to our LMS, and let them rename them as they manual add to the scorm cloud. It's an extra step for them that they probably aren't going to like.
