Update notice?

Help, I have a captivate account with my college.  Her version of captivate updated automatically to version 8 and now 9.....However, I am sitting in version 7.  I have never received an upgrade notice?

Do you have a subscription license? I changed your subject title, because it was identical to the question itself.

There is not an update notice every. If you have a subscription license, go into the Help menu and look if there are Updates available.

With a subscription license you can have two versions of Captivate installed: you could download Captivate 9 (present version) and keep your present Captivate 7.

However: if you have a perpetual license, you'll have to buy Captivate 9 license, it is not free.
