In Captivate 8, HTML5, if I have a quiz that requires responses, and the user clicks the Submit button without selecting a response, it displays the usual caption indicating the question is required. Then, if the user selects a response and submits it, they cannot press Y to continue - only clicking the slide will continue. This does not seem to happen if the user always selects a response before submitting.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any way around it?
Thanks!
Mark
Did you mess up some of the embedded objects on the quiz slide? Those are the objects that do not have a separate timeline (Type of question, Question and Answer text, buttons). Never just delete them, not even on the Quiz Master slides.

Hmm, I must say it is entirely possible that I deleted one of the captions at one point and then just selected the caption again in the quiz properties to add it back. I will recreate one of the questions and see if the issue goes away. Thanks for the tip! I'll let you know what I find out.
