Using ver2019

Some projects are not letting me rearrange order of slides in filmstrip, some will. I usually can simply drag and drop to place them in correct order similar to PowerPoint. What am i doing wrong? I am learning this product so please keep response simple. thank you

Not normal what you tell. A score slide needs to be after the last slide which has a scored object or is a quiz slide.  Pretest slides need to be in sequence at the start of the rpoject. But all other slides should be moveable.

Master slides cannot always been moved, but you pointed to the Filmstrip.

Neither the slides from my PC application recording or the Powerpoint slides I import will rearrange. Its like they are locked in place.

I never use PPT import. But if you also have the issues with a native Captivate project, you may try to reset the Preferences. Look in the installation folder for the subfolder 'utils' and run the CleanPrefereces.... file while Captivate is closed.
