I recorded a short video (57 seconds) with audio on a camcorder, then created a blank slide in a captivate 9 project and inserted the video into the captivate project, however, I can't hear the audio, and don't know what to do. Help? It is a VLC media file (.f4v).

Use the Adobe Media Encoder to convert it again. Do you use F4v still? Wouldn't MP4 be more universal because F4V is flash-based.

I did use the Encoder. Yes, F4v. I did try MP4, but I still can't hear the audio. We ended up recording audio through Captivate directly and timing it so it looks natural.
