Is there any way to have the video player skin visible when a slide loads? I've tried all the skins and in every case when the slide loads, the video player skin is hidden. I can see the play button in the center of the video but I'd like to have the video controls visible from the start.
I'm using Captivate 2017 and publishing to HTML5. As an aside, when I publish to SWF, the video skin is always visible.
I am not a native English speaker and that causes me a lot of issues with terminology.
What do you mean by 'video skin'? Could you insert a screenshot please? To me a video skin in Captivate is what will appear when you insert a video as an Event video. But since you mention 'choosing a skin' I wonder if you are talking about the Captivate playbar for a cptx slide? It must be a cptx-file, not a cpvc-file because you also mention publishing to SWF. This means you are talking about an interactive tutorial, not about a video (which is passive by definition).
