I need to show the actual video in the progress bar instead of the project slide progress. Is this possible?
I took time to read through previous threads and it seems in previous versions you could not show the slide time progress, only the overall slide.
Is this still the case with Captivate 9 (which I have?)
For instance, if I load and play a video that is 1 minute long I would like to progress bar to reflect this one minute progress instead of the length of the project.

If you insert your video as an EVENT video rather than a SLIDE video then it can have its own playbar. But whether that playbar has a progress bar or not depends on the actual video skin chosen. Not all have such a progress bar but some do (e.g. try the haloSkin2)

Progess bar in the default playbar is for the total project, also in CP9.
Event video has its own skin, some have a progress bar. If you insert video as multi-slide video it is controlled by Captivate.

I see, ok.
Also, my module has 12 or so videos for demonstration. The size is around 200mb. How do you recommend I manage the size, create smaller or configure to load optimally? any advice would help.

If you contact us, we do have a solution for HTML5 that changes the progress bar from project to progress per slide.
