Video shows up two slides later

Hi everyone,

I am facing some strange issues concerning my e-learning lecture. I have a video on a page which starts automatically (as it is meant to do).

But two slides later no matter what kind of content or slide is used the video just shows up again.

It tried a lot of things but nothing works. Maybe someone has a helping idea?

Strange indeed. Is this a video inserted as event video, or as synchronized video?

Thank you for your interest. It is inserted as an event video and I found out, that the video only reappears after two slides, if I select the option to show the video only for the "length of the video".

Maybe you have some idea?

I think you meant for te 'length of the slide'? SInce event video is playing independently of Captivate, there is no need to do so, normally. It cannot be paused by Captivate, should disappear like any other item when you leave the slide.

It only happens when you navigate away from the video slide while the video is still playing, right?
